Cancellation / Refund

All deposits, purchases, and fees paid on Champion Fantasy 11 for playing or in connection with Fantasy Football are final. Transactions are non-refundable unless specific circumstances apply. We value customer satisfaction and will review error-related transaction cases upon request.

If you believe there is an 'Error' in any deposit, purchase, or fee payment made on Kazan Makinasi, please notify us within 3 days of the transaction date. We will review the case and determine the resolution at our discretion.

Kazan Makinasi reserves the right to cancel any matches for any reason, with or without disclosing the reason, and refund all fees paid for such matches to users within 1-3 business days.

Kazan Makinasi prohibits users from joining game rooms after the match associated with the game room (identified by the Series) has started. Any entries made after the match commencement may be disqualified, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
